Pricing for both UPS and USPS carriers are calculated at checkout, taking into account factors such as your location, order weight, and more. Because of the ingredients within our Odor Eliminating Fragrance Sprays, ground shipping is the only authorized shipping method. International shipping is not authorized. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we require seven to ten days for production, processing, and shipping.
Our return policy stipulates that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been utilized, lost due to customer address errors, or damaged by the customer. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we highly recommend purchasing our smallest sizes prior to investing in larger products.
We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies in your billing or shipping addresses. Please ensure all information is double-checked before finalizing your order. Shipping labels will be generated based on the address provided by you. If an order is placed with an incorrect or invalid shipping address resulting in the package being returned to us, the buyer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order.
While we strive for prompt and precise deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. Once packages depart our facility, we relinquish control over the delivery route utilized by USPS or UPS. If your package encounters a delay through USPS or UPS, kindly reach out to our customer experience department at buytoday@rawsoywaxcandles.com within five days of the anticipated delivery date for assistance in tracking your package. If required, we will initiate a claim for your missing package and re-dispatch the order once the carrier completes their investigation and confirms the package's unavailability.
While we meticulously triple check all orders during our processing phase, human errors can still occur. If you find that you are missing an item or have received an incorrect item, please promptly contact our support team within five days of receiving your order. Provide proof of your order, such as a photo of the invoice included in your package, along with any relevant pictures. Please note that adjustments or corrections cannot be accommodated after five days from the delivery date.
